RBI Assistant Prelims Syllabus

In the RBI Assistant Prelims exam, except for the English section, the paper is bilingual to all candidates. It has 100 objective-type questions, and students have a total of 60 minutes to answer the questions. It has a negative marking of -0.25 marks for every wrong answer. Broadly, the syllabus for the prelims test is divided into three categories:

English Language:

This section has 30 questions for 30 marks under it and covers the following topics:

Numerical Ability

RBI Assistant Mains Syllabus 

Once you clear the prelims stage, you will be allowed to appear in the mains test. This stage has 200 objective-type questions and gives the candidates 135 minutes to appear on the test. Like the prelims stage, this also has a negative marking of -0.25 marks for every wrong answer and provides a bilingual option apart from the English section. 

This stage is divided into five categories, and each category holds a weightage of 40 marks. The categories are:

General Awareness:
